Linn Guerrero is best known for her role in CFG Health’s rapid growth. She joined CFG Health in August 2024 as its first Chief Legal Officer, establishing the company’s legal department from the ground up and overseeing legal, compliance, governance, and enterprise risk functions across the multi-state healthcare organization. She held that position until May 2025, when she became Chief Risk Officer. Since joining the company, she has worked alongside the CEO and executive leadership team to establish strategic priorities and support enterprise growth initiatives. Over roughly two years, CFG Health grew from approximately $80 million to $250 million in annual revenue, more than tripling in size, and Linn Guerrero contributed to that expansion through strategic planning, government contracting initiatives, business development support, and executive leadership.
Her portfolio at CFG Health spans much of the enterprise. Linn Guerrero leads initiatives across operations, contracting, compliance, human resources, claims management, procurement, RFP strategy, and organizational development. She evaluates strategic opportunities, conducts executive-level risk assessments, and recommends actions to the leadership team. She also coordinates cross-functional teams to carry out organizational priorities and improve operational performance, working closely with the Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Business Development departments.

Private Equity and Transaction Experience
Before joining CFG Health, Linn Guerrero of Tennessee served as Strategic Advisor for Private Equity Portfolio Operations at Architect Equity Management, based in Los Angeles, California, from March 2024 to August 2024. In that role, she supported leadership teams across multiple portfolio companies in a private equity-sponsored environment.
Her work there centered on due diligence and growth strategy. Linn Guerrero conducted operational, commercial, and risk assessments of acquisition targets to inform investment decisions, then presented her diligence findings and strategic recommendations to sponsors and leadership teams. She also assisted portfolio company executives with governance, growth strategy, organizational development, and operational initiatives. That experience gave her a working view of how investors evaluate companies, which she now applies to acquisition analysis and corporate transactions from the operating side.
Building an Independent Practice
From September 2019 to March 2024, Linn Guerrero was Founder and Managing Principal of Justice, PLLC, an independent professional services business she built and led. The firm advised clients in healthcare, employment, and commercial matters.
As founder, Linn Guerrero managed the full scope of the business, including operations, business development, budgeting, client engagement, and strategic planning. She directed complex litigation and risk-management matters for healthcare and business clients. Running her own firm for four and a half years gave her firsthand experience with the financial and operational demands executives face, a perspective she brings to every advisory role.
Expertise in Workforce, Compliance, and Risk
Beyond growth strategy, Linn Guerrero brings hands-on experience in human resources administration. Her executive work touches the operational side of workforce management, including leave administration, workplace accommodations, labor relations, and wage-and-hour policy, as part of building the people processes that support a growing organization.

Linn Guerrero supports the Helen Ross McNabb Foundation each year by sponsoring the Knoxville Challenger tennis tournament, a commitment that connects her philanthropy with one of her personal interests.
Closer to home, Linn Guerrero is an active volunteer in her son’s life and community. She volunteers with his soccer team and frequently gives her time at his elementary school, both directly and through its Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
