About Linn Guerrero
Linn Guerrero is an executive leader, strategic advisor, and correctional healthcare professional who partners directly with CEOs and senior leadership teams to drive organizational growth, strategic planning, and business development. She serves as Chief Risk Officer at CFG Health, a correctional healthcare company based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, where she has helped expand the company from about $80 million to $250 million in annual revenue. Her background combines legal training from the University of Tennessee College of Law, private equity portfolio operations, and years spent building and running her own professional services business. Across each of these roles, Linn Guerrero has focused on the same core priorities: government contracting, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and scaling organizations with discipline.
Her academic path began at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in May 2011 and graduated from the university’s Honors College. Linn Guerrero earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2014. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor of the Tennessee Law Review, completed a concentration in Advocacy and Litigation, and received Pro Bono Recognition for her service.
That legal education gave Linn Guerrero a working command of regulation, contracts, and risk that continues to shape her executive work. She later added an industry credential specific to her field, earning certification as a Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) through the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC).
